The API factory consists of two different sections : Steroid and Non Steroid APIs.
As the products are meant to be used in a wide range of Pharmaceutical forms like tablets, suspensions, etc., consumer factories are very concerned about the particle size of the products .
To guarantee the desirable results ,the factory is equipped with various kinds of high tech micronizing machines.
All received raw materials are first kept in quarantine. After QA tests analyses have been achieved according to BP and USP standards, raw materials are sent to the production hall. There ,they will be treated in reactors. Purification ,synthesis, drying ,crystallization ,centrifugation and micronization are some of the operations made in the production facility.
